Pia Rydback

Pia Rydback is the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Vattenfall Heat in Sweden, bringing over 15 years of international experience in B2B marketing with a focus on digital lead generation and customer experience. Previously, Pia held positions such as Head of Marketing Communications at Schneider Electric, where they were responsible for integrated marketing campaigns and the Digital Customer Experience transformation. Other experiences include roles at Ericsson, Aastra Technologies, and Netwise AB, where Pia developed and executed marketing strategies and managed teams. Pia is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics at Stockholm University and has also studied at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
