Robin Cox

Robin Cox is an experienced environmental specialist with a strong background in ecology and ornithology. Currently working at Vattenfall since January 2020, Robin previously served as the Principal Environmental Consultant and Ecology Lead at Natural Power from 2012 to 2020, focusing on on-shore wind initiatives. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2012, Robin held the position of Principal Consultant Ecologist at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited, specializing in ornithology with a significant focus on bird/windfarm Environmental Impact Assessments. Earlier roles included Consultant Ecologist at Heritage Environmental Limited, and various positions with National Trust, Birdwatch Ireland, CEH, Macaulay, SNH, and RSPB between 1996 and 2004. Robin holds an MSc in Ecology from the University of Aberdeen and a BSc in Environmental Bioscience from the University of Strathclyde.
