Ruth Ginever

Ruth Ginever has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing leadership across various industries, including roles at GKN plc, Airbus Group, Vattenfall, Rolls-Royce, and GKN Aerospace. Starting as an International Leadership Graduate Trainee at GKN plc, Ruth progressed to positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Group Leader at Airbus Group and Chief of Product Industrialisation at Rolls-Royce. Responsibilities included leading teams, managing manufacturing processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Most recently, as Director of Manufacturing Engineering for Defence Europe at GKN Aerospace, Ruth oversaw operations across multiple sites, focusing on defect reduction and strategic improvements. Ruth also holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Bristol and completed a Women in Leadership program at the University of Bath.
