Stefan Tyrbo

Stefan Tyrbo is a civil engineer with extensive experience in complex and technically advanced projects across public and private sectors, focusing on urban development, infrastructure, and construction. Since 2022, Stefan has worked as Project Director at Vattenfall, overseeing the progress and development of large-scale projects by planning and coordinating consultants and project teams. Previously, Stefan held the position of Head of Section at COWI (2017-2021) and was a Multidisciplinary Project Manager at WSP Group (1983-2021), contributing to significant projects like the expansion of Arlanda Airport and the development of Norra Djurgårdsstaden in Stockholm. Stefan earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Luleå University of Technology in 1983.
