Steffen Hellmich

Steffen Hellmich is currently the Head of Digital Products at Vattenfall, leading initiatives to enhance the efficiency and performance of renewable energy power plants. With over 25 years of experience in engineering and management, they have held significant roles at Siemens Gamesa and Siemens, where they drove Lean-Agile transformations and managed large teams in diverse international settings. Steffen holds a Dipl. Ing. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz and has participated in relevant studies at the University of South Wales. They are a certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant and remain committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in all endeavors.
