Tim Gansczyk

Tim Gansczyk is a seasoned leader with 15 years of experience in driving high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Director of E-Mobility Deutschland and Geschäftsführer at Vattenfall Smarter Living GmbH, they have previously held roles including Manager of Controlling and CFO/CHRO at Vattenfall. Tim’s educational background includes a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Universität Dortmund, completion of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, and a course on Digitalizing the Finance Function at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Tim began their career with internships at AUDI AG and in various capacities at Vattenfall.
