Ulf Bernstrom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational efficiency and product management within leading companies in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Change Efficiency and Effectiveness at Vattenfall since November 2012, Ulf has also held the roles of Head of Operational Excellence and Vice President of Products and Solutions at the same organization. Prior to Vattenfall, Ulf was a Senior Partner at 10FOUR Partners, focusing on enhancing competitiveness through Operational Excellence. Ulf's background at Ericsson includes the position of Vice President of Group Operational Excellence as well as various leadership roles in product management and marketing. Ulf holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Chalmers University of Technology, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
