Ulrike Hetke

Ulrike Hetke has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a board member and holding several director-level positions at Vattenfall since January 2002. Her roles include Director of Agile and Project Management, where Ulrike focuses on startup collaborations and innovative business models, as well as Director of Solution Development for Germany, overseeing team leadership and the development of energy solutions. Previously, Hetke held various positions that involved strategic planning and management within Vattenfall Europe Wärme AG, including Business Development Manager and Head of the Management Board Office. Prior to joining Vattenfall, Hetke was Marketing Manager for both heat and electricity at Bewag AG, contributing to customer care initiatives and managing key marketing functions. Hetke holds a Diplom Oekonomin degree in Economics from Leibniz Universität Hannover, completed in 1995.
