Melissa Wach is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at VAUDE since December 2023. Previously, Melissa held various leadership positions at CHT Group from September 2015 to October 2023, including Head of Digital Transformation, Head of Project Management Office, and Head of International FP&A, where Melissa drove financial strategies, led digital initiatives, and launched a project management office. Prior experience includes roles at PwC as a Senior Consultant, Kofax as Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, CKE Restaurants as Finance Manager, and Bosch as a Senior Financial Analyst and Junior Manager. Melissa holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
