Shubham S. has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Starting in 2013 at MphRx as a QA Engineer, Shubham then worked at InfoEdge as a Sr. QA Engineer in 2015. In 2016, they joined Cvent as a QA Engineer II before transitioning to Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as an SDET in 2017. Shubham continued to climb the career ladder, becoming a QA Lead at Paytm in 2019 and then moving to Ola as a Lead SDET. In 2020, they joined Kaleyra as a QA Lead, leaving in 2021 to become the Head of Quality Assurance at Vauld.

Shubham S. has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Aspiring Minds. These certifications include being an AMCAT Certified Business Analyst and an AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee. The Business Analyst certification was obtained in September 2014, while the Software Development Trainee certification was also obtained in September 2014.
