Melissa Jamrock

Melissa Jamrock has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Melissa'smost recent position is as a Sales Advancement at Vault Workforce Screening, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Kitchen Cabinet Strategies LLC as a Partner, responsible for working with clients to clarify and meet their goals. Melissa'srole involved campaign plan development, overall strategy, targeting, communications, and website development. Melissa also collaborated with partners to run effective, data-driven campaigns.

From 2013 to 2021, Melissa served as Assistant to Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire at Ramsey County. In this role, they managed the office budget and operations, coordinated with administrative staff, and supervised interns. Melissa'sresponsibilities included creating and implementing plans for communication, policy, constituent service, and outreach.

In 2020, Melissa worked as the Strategic Director at the East Metro Voter Mobilization Project, where they partnered with the Minnesota DFL Party and DFL-endorsed candidates to increase early voter participation in urban and suburban communities. Melissa utilized web-based campaign tactics to target voters, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Melissa has also worked as an Independent Consultant for The Ministry of Magic from 2012 to 2019. Before that, they held positions in the U.S. House of Representatives and McCollum for Congress, where they served as a District Scheduler and Deputy Political Director. Melissa also worked as a Field Director and Field Organizer for the Minnesota DFL Party.

Melissa Jamrock pursued their education at various institutions. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Marquette University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication and Spanish. Continuing their academic journey at Marquette University, Melissa completed a Master of Arts degree in Political Science between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, they also briefly attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 2000 to 2001, where they studied subjects such as Transfiguration, Potions, Charms, and Muggle Studies.
