Luis Chang

Luis Chang is currently working as an IT & Security Manager at Vaultree since October 2022. Prior to this position, Luis held roles at Pipefy, starting as an IT Operations Analyst Jr and progressing to an IT Operations Assistant. Luis also has experience as an IT Operations Apprentice. Luis has a background in IT support, access management, software homologation, and machine park management. With a focus on creating efficient flows, documentation, and procedures in IT Operations, Luis has implemented Active Directory in all machines and activated cryptography for enhanced security. Prior to these roles, Luis gained experience as a Jovem aprendiz at Nilko Armários and as an IT Intern at Secretaria Estadual de Saúde do Paraná. Luis is currently pursuing education at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
