John Stein has extensive experience in the automotive and insurance industries, beginning a career as a Claims Manager at Progressive Insurance from January 2004 to July 2007. Stein transitioned to CarMax as a Buyer until October 2013 and then became an Independent Auto Dealer and Wholesaler at E Autodirect Sales LLC from July 2009 to February 2022. During this period, Stein also owned and operated Maverick Customs as a Custom Car Builder from January 2017 to January 2020. From September 2019 to February 2022, Stein served as a Senior Performance Consultant at vAuto: Cox Automotive, before taking on the role of Regional Sales Manager at vAuto in February 2022. Stein holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
