Daniel Siebert

Daniel Siebert is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as the Information Technology Support Team Lead at Vax Ltd since October 2013, Daniel excels in managing 2nd and 3rd Line Support, focusing on customer care and effective issue resolution. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an IT Support Technician at both Vax Ltd and Handicare, where responsibilities included onsite and remote support, installation of hardware, and comprehensive analysis of client issues.
