Jon Lindbloom

Jon Lindbloom has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Jon is currently the Director of Technical Operations at Vaxart, Inc., a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jon served as the Associate Director of Project Management CMC and Project Manager CMC at the same company. Jon also worked as the Associate Director of IT and CMC Project Manager, where they managed a $4M contract with an external Contract Manufacturing Organization. Before joining Vaxart, Jon worked as a Consultant, implementing an electronic Quality Documentation Management System and leading IT integration following a merger. Jon has also held positions as the Principal Research Associate and Senior Research Associate, where they managed projects, coordinated experimental design, and provided assay support for clinical trials. Jon's early work experience includes roles as a Research Associate II at Vaxart and as a Technical Specialist at ViraQuest, Inc., where they developed and maintained a MySQL database and managed IT-related decisions.

Jon Lindbloom earned their Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, with a focus on Biology, from Cornell College between 1996 and 2000. Jon also holds a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in February 2016.
