Ryan Lauer

Ryan Lauer has a solid background in user experience design and has held various roles over the years. Ryan started their career at The Map Office in 2006, where they were a designer and worked on projects related to brand strategy and information architecture. In 2008, they joined Redub LLC as a designer, where they collaborated with clients and developed business and design strategies for a publishing and media consumption platform. Ryan then became a design consultant at New Deal Design/RGA, working closely with clients to define problems and create end-to-end design solutions. In 2010, Ryan joined Cisco as a user experience designer, leading the UxD team and contributing to the FlipShare product across multiple platforms. Ryan later became a user experience contractor at Hot Studio and then worked at Ammunition as a user experience designer. In 2014, Ryan took time off from their career to travel the world before becoming a UX consultant and principal UX designer at Branch. Their most recent position is Chief Design Officer at VaxCare, where they oversee design operations.

Ryan Lauer attended the University of the Arts from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
