Daniel Imamura

Daniel Imamura currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Vaxcyte since April 2024. Prior to this, Daniel held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Plenty from November 2020 to September 2023. Daniel's extensive experience in finance includes roles such as Executive Director of Commercial Finance at Genentech, where involvement encompassed multiple therapeutic areas, and Finance Director at Roche in both Diagnostics and Pharma divisions. Additional experience includes positions at Genentech in commercial planning and finance, CV Therapeutics, Ariba, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Guidant Corp., and serving as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Daniel holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BS in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley College of Engineering.
