Stephen Minick

Stephen Minick is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with significant experience in manufacturing development and process management. Currently serving as the Director of CMC Supplier Management at Vaxcyte since December 2023, Minick previously held various leadership roles at Heron Therapeutics, Inc., including Senior Director of Manufacturing Development, where responsibilities included clinical production and commercial manufacturing of a non-opioid local anesthetic combination product, as well as managing cross-functional teams for product development and launch. Earlier in Minick’s career, roles at A.P. Pharma, Inc. included Senior Manager of Process Development, where responsibilities included liaising between contract manufacturing organizations and sponsors, and various research positions at 3M involving technology development. Minick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota.
