Claude Silver is the Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia. Claude is responsible for developing and implementing the company's emotional intelligence and culture initiatives.

Claude has over 15 years of experience in the communications industry. Claude began their career at JWT London, where they served as a Board Director of Digital Planning & Strategy. Claude then co-founded GirlsAdventureOUT, a venture-funded startup that was acquired by SAY Media in 2010. Claude served as Senior Director of Client Services at SAY Media before joining VaynerMedia in 2012.

At VaynerMedia, Claude has played a pivotal role in developing the company's emotional intelligence and culture initiatives. Claude is a passionate advocate for building compassionate workplaces and is the author of the book "The Compassionate Workplace: How to Thrive in an Age of Disruption."

Claude Silver studied Transpersonal Psychology and Human Development at the California Institute of Integral Studies, before completing a Forum and Advanced Forum at Landmark. Claude then studied Positive Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, and Women’s Studies at Prescott College, before becoming a Wilderness Outdoor Leader during a Wilderness Leadership Semester at Colorado Outward Bound. Finally, they completed a Clinical Psychology program at Rollins College.
