Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang is an accomplished marketing professional with a robust background in media management and project coordination, currently serving as Media Manager at VaynerMedia since April 2021, after progressing through roles including Senior Media Analyst and Media Analyst. Previous experience includes a Project Management Intern position at Pop Up Mob, where Joyce achieved 100% client satisfaction and successfully managed project scope and budgets. As Marketing Director for the New England Intercollegiate Vietnamese Student Association, Joyce directed marketing campaigns that led to a sold-out Vietnamese Empowerment Conference in just ten minutes and significantly increased social media engagement. Joyce's early career included roles as a Brand Ambassador for various pop-up shops and a Business Assistant at Free World Jewelry. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. John's University and has furthered education in marketing at Mary Immaculate College in Ireland.
