John's experience also includes serving as Director of Strategic Operations at Away, where strategic planning and executional excellence were emphasized, and Vice President of Business Operations at VaynerMedia, where John established business operations, led teams, and ensured financial health across brand portfolios. Earlier career experience includes significant roles in project management and marketing operations, contributing to talent retention and client relationship management. John holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Montclair State University.
