VayuDrishti is a pioneering initiative dedicated to advancing climate action through innovative air quality monitoring and data-driven solutions. Our mission is to make air quality data accessible, actionable, and impactful for communities, researchers, and policymakers. By combining low-cost air monitoring systems with satellite-gridded data, we provide real-time, high-resolution insights into air pollution dynamics.

Our low-cost monitoring systems measure PM2.5, PM10, CO2, ground ozone, temperature, humidity, and wind patterns, offering affordable yet accurate solutions for diverse stakeholders. We complement this with 30 years of satellite data, including Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD), transboundary pollution, and meteorological factors, to analyze spatial and temporal pollution trends.

VayuDrishti is not just about monitoring; it’s about empowering. We run air quality literacy workshops to educate and engage communities, providing them with the knowledge and tools to drive local-level change. Our partnerships with USAID Clean Air, academic institutions like the Central Department of Environmental Science and the Research Centre for Applied Science and Technology, and engineering institutes enable cutting-edge research and innovation.

Through our real-time data dashboard, we offer overlays for pollution levels, wind direction, and climate variables, making it easier for users to understand and act on the information. Our goal is to bridge the gap between science and society, equipping individuals and organizations to tackle air quality challenges effectively.
