Michael Gaintner is currently the Sr Director of Program Management at VB Spine, where they manage the development of new products for a $2B/year medical device company. Previously, Gaintner served as the Director of PMO for New Product Development at Stryker, overseeing diverse medical products and leading a team of 35 Project and Program Managers. They also held various leadership roles at Stryker and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, where they successfully managed substantial engineering and development projects. Gaintner holds a PhD in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, as well as a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, respectively.
