Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Planning at VB Spine, Shea focuses on transforming planning organizations into data-driven engines for growth and operational excellence. Previously, Shea held roles at Stryker, contributing to supply planning and procurement strategies. Shea began their career with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they also worked as a Student Administrator.
