Erwin Dedel is an experienced operations and production manager with a robust background in the precast concrete industry. Currently serving as Directeur productie and General Manager Operations at VBI since November 2019, Erwin oversees four hollowcore production facilities and holds P&L responsibility for a specific business unit. With a progressive career, Erwin has held leadership roles in various companies including Spanbeton B.V., BRESPA® - DW Systembau GmbH, and Betonson, focusing on production management, process improvement, and factory start-ups. Erwin's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Business Administration and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Quick Response Manufacturing.
