Johan Slinger

Johan Slinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, safety, and quality management in the precast concrete industry. Since 2014, Johan has served as General Manager for both Procurement, Safety & Quality and Hollow Core at VBI, overseeing four manufacturing plants including VBI Huissen BV, VBI Oss BV, VBI Kampen, and VBI Schuilenburg BV. Prior to this role, Johan held the position of Plant Manager at VBI Huissen from February 2013 to November 2022 and served as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at VBI from 2006 to 2013. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Dyka Kunststofleidingsystemen from 1992 to 2006. Johan possesses a degree in Beton Technoloog and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
