Lisa Ward is an experienced professional in the investment and bioscience sectors, currently serving as a Member at VC Platform since July 2023 and as the Head of Portfolio Talent at Mercia Asset Management PLC since July 2019. In this role, Lisa builds and manages a network of Non-Executives and advisors to enhance portfolio company growth throughout the investment life cycle. Previously, Lisa held positions as Investment Director and Investment Manager at Enterprise Ventures Group Limited and Grant Thornton UK LLP, respectively, providing financial support to regional businesses and leading growth initiatives.
