Michael Ramm

Michael Ramm is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in backup operations and IT management. Currently serving as Backup Operations Manager at VC3 since October 2021, Ramm directs multi-platform backup strategies across hybrid infrastructures, utilizing tools such as Datto, MSP360, Cove, Veeam, and Azure Backup. Previously, Ramm held the position of Director of Technology Services at both VC3 and ThinkGard, where technical leadership was provided to support and operations teams. Ramm has extensive experience in managing IT operations, including a notable tenure as Director of Information Technology for the City of Northport, Alabama, overseeing significant network and email migrations. With diverse roles from Client Relations Manager to Technical Support Coordinator, Ramm has built a solid foundation in technology risk management and client service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Alabama.
