Armando Martinez is an experienced engineering drafter with a background in creating compliant engineering plans across multiple regulatory standards, including CBC, UBC, UFC, and NEC. Currently employed at VCA Structural since March 2013, Armando participates in frame walk inspections and identifies plan deficiencies for multi-family housing projects. Previously, at Zodiac Aerospace Engineering, responsibilities included producing precise drawings and creating 3D models using software such as Revit, Catia, and AutoCAD from February 2011 to March 2012. Armando also held the position of Senior Drafter and Project Manager at KB Home from December 2004 to March 2008, where planning and site inspections were key activities. Armando holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from California State University-San Bernardino, completed between 2008 and 2010.
