vCalc is an ever expanding resource of calculators and equations, growing every day with help from people all over the world. Founded and headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, vCalc is steadily growing. With a diverse team located from Virginia to Colorado, Kenya to Estonia, we have a deeply rooted passion for the universal language of math.

What is vCalc? vCalc.com is the world's first place on the web that lets people share the math that they've developed with friends, colleagues, or the world. vCalc is crowd-sourcing for math! In this way, vCalc empowers people who understand the math to enter equations and data items to share on the web. This lets the world of math users (from elementary school children to PhDs) share what they know. So people who know the math can help provide calculations for those who may not, and THEN vCalc does the arithmetic.

Academia, Industries and Hobbies: vCalc is a place where you can find equations that others have entered and shared to make calculating easier on you. These equations range in academia from elementary to graduate level college. These equations also include a growing number of industries including: Medicine, Engineering, Construction, Agriculture, Manufacturing and many more. The equation libraries also include a growing number of hobbies from gaming to quilting to DIY pastimes.

vCalc is free to all users, we make this possible with modest advertising. Many parts of vCalc are very easy, but some areas do get complicated. YouTube has dozens of "how-to" videos that you can also see in vCalc's forums.

We will always need math, but vCalc changes the way we calculate. Just as google maps made navigation possible even for those who can't read a map, or as Instagram turned us all into artistic photographers, vCalc brings us from the pocket calculator age into the internet age, and aims to put the power of math at the fingertips of anyone with a computer.
