Barbara E. Allison

Barbara E. Allison has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Barbara E. began their career in 1978 as the owner of Allison + Baum Design, a graphic design studio where they honed their skills in visual communication. In 1998, they transitioned into a role as a Global Marketing Manager at 3Com Corporation, gaining valuable experience in the tech networking industry.

In 2001, Barbara joined Hazelden, a healthcare organization, as the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach. Here, they developed their expertise in marketing within the healthcare sector until 2004. Following this, they worked at Circle 8 Communications as a Website Designer specializing in sports marketing from 2004 to 2006.

Barbara then joined William Blair in 2006, where they held various roles in Marketing and Communications Management for their Private Wealth Management division. Barbara E. dedicated 13 years to the company, contributing to their marketing strategies and communication efforts.

Currently, Barbara serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications at VCapital Management since 2020, overseeing the company's marketing initiatives. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, showcasing their leadership and strategic abilities.
