Ryan Kole

Ryan Kole is a Partner at VCapital, a Chicago-based venture capital firm, where they focus on supporting early-stage businesses. Previously an options trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Ryan has transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding RK Inventions, LLC, where they have developed multiple patented products, including one currently being installed at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ryan has also co-founded Beyond Barriers Therapeutics, Inc., which recently won a National Institutes of Health Neuro Startup Challenge. Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Ryan has sponsored over 15 senior engineering courses across prominent universities, contributing to the mentorship of more than 65 students.
