Greg Lyon

Greg Lyon is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the venture capital and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Eclipse Ventures since August 2015, Greg focuses on developing top-tier finance and operations systems for the firm, which manages $5 billion in Regulatory Assets Under Management. Previous roles include CFO at VCBC, Board Member at Formation 8, Controller at Sequoia Capital, and Finance Manager at PwC, along with managerial experience in assurance for financial services at Feast Catering. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Sonoma State University.
