Donna Bean

Donna Bean has over 30 years of experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at VCC since 2001, Donna has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and processes. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Payroll at Fairfield Communities from May 2000 to April 2001, and a significant tenure at TCBY from December 1988 to May 2000 as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager, where foundational skills in HR and payroll operations were developed.
