Eli Pano has extensive experience in architecture and construction management. They began their career as an Intern Architect at the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2013, where they collaborated on space drawings and conceptual designs. Since 2013, Eli has been with VCC, initially as a Quality Control Manager, where they implemented a Total Quality Management program for construction projects. Currently, as a Construction Superintendent at VCC Construction, Eli oversees the construction of a multi-family complex in Riverview, FL, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards. They are also pursuing a degree in General Construction at CamTech School of Construction.
