Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at VCC since 2001, Donna has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and processes. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Payroll at Fairfield Communities from May 2000 to April 2001, and a significant tenure at TCBY from December 1988 to May 2000 as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager, where foundational skills in HR and payroll operations were developed.
