Alysha Silva

Alysha Silva is an experienced HR professional with a background in delivering proactive HR support and ensuring compliance with company policies. Currently serving as a People Partner at VCCP since July 2018, Alysha previously worked at Imagination from January 2014 to July 2018 as an HR Advisor and as an HR Administrator, where responsibilities included supporting a diverse employee base and assisting in HR initiatives. Earlier career roles include Account Executive at McCann London, Campaign Assistant at C4L, and Junior Analyst at Future Foundation.
