Ciara O'Meara

Ciara O'Meara is a Creative Director with extensive experience in leading creative initiatives across multiple high-profile agencies. Currently serving as Creative Director at VCCP Blue since July 2023, Ciara manages creative projects for prestigious clients including John Frieda, Old El Paso, and LinkedIn. Previous roles include Creative Director and Managing Partner at McCann Worldgroup, where Ciara led campaigns for Mastercard in the UK and Europe, and developed the new creative department in London at McCann Demand, working with brands such as Taco Bell and JBL. Before those positions, Ciara held senior creative roles at Joint and BETC, creating impactful work for clients like Amazon and Rimmel. Ciara holds an M.Sc. in Advertising from Technological University Dublin and a B.Sc. in Multimedia from Dublin City University. Notably, Ciara co-created 'The Happy Song,' scientifically proven to make babies happy.
