Gethin James

Gethin James is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in advertising and strategic planning. Currently serving as Group Planning Director at VCCP since February 2016, Gethin previously held the position of Planning Director at MullenLowe Profero, where responsibilities included leading planning for notable clients such as SEAT, Unilever, and Diageo. With a foundational role as Planner for various prominent brands, including Virgin Trains and Barclays, Gethin's expertise was developed further through earlier positions at McCann Erickson and FreshMinds. Gethin holds an MA (Hons) in Engineering & Management from the University of Cambridge, as well as multiple distinguished qualifications from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, including the IPA Excellence Diploma.
