Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the advertising and creative industries. As Co-Founder of VCCP Stoke Academy since October 2021, Michael focuses on fostering opportunities for young adults in the Stoke-on-Trent region. In the role of Chief Strategy Officer at VCCP since October 2012, Michael has collaborated with high-profile clients including easyJet, McLaren, and Microsoft. Additionally, Michael serves as Chair of the APG, promoting best practices in strategic planning within the communications sector. Previous roles include Guest Lecturer at Cambridge Judge Business School and Advisor for BAME 2020, aimed at increasing diversity in marketing. Michael's foundational experience includes positions as Planning Director at AMV BBDO and Head of Planning and Partner at VCCP. Michael holds a 1st degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
