Currently self-employed as an Executive Coach, Paul has previously served as CFO at Tes and KCOM Group PLC, where they led significant corporate activities, including acquisitions and innovative financial strategies. Additionally, Paul has contributed to the charity sector as a Business Advisor and holds a governance position at The Grammar School at Leeds. They earned a BA in Economics from Coventry University and have lived and worked in Italy, enhancing their diverse professional experience.
