Liz Marshall

Liz Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over two and a half decades. Liz is currently the Head of HR at VCG since July 2021. Prior to this, Liz founded their own consultancy firm, Liz Marshall HR Limited, in June 2012, where they served as a Director and HR Consultant until July 2021. In their consultancy role, Liz provided practical and business-focused HR advice to micro and SME businesses. Before starting their own firm, Liz worked as an HR Manager at Hologic, Inc. from February 2002 to May 2012. Liz also gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Celltalk PLC from February 2000 to February 2002 and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Robert Half Recruitment Agency from September 1995 to February 2000.

Liz Marshall earned a MA in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2007. Liz also completed A'Levels in Art, Fashion, and Print at Cheshire College - South & West.
