Amanda Harless is an educator and consultant with a strong background in non-profit work, particularly in designing innovative solutions that support senior leaders. They served as the Director of Special Projects at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools from 2020 to 2022 and held various leadership roles at Teach For America between 2012 and 2019, including Director of Program Design.
