Currently the founder and principal of Jenna Ringelheim Consulting, Jenna provides expertise in values-based organizational design and strategic planning. Previously, as the Deputy Director of the Environmental Leadership Program, Jenna supported a network of over 1,500 changemakers and led initiatives to advance leadership development. With extensive educational credentials, including degrees from Skidmore College and Tufts University, Jenna lives in Portland, Oregon, where they are also a proud parent and e-bike enthusiast.
