Phoebe S. is a results-driven non-profit operations leader and project manager with a strong emphasis on optimizing operations and fostering effective communication. Currently self-employed as an Admin & Operations Consultant, they also serve as Associate Chief of Staff at vChief, providing executive leadership support to nonprofit organizations. Phoebe has held various roles within KIPP schools and related organizations, achieving significant improvements in program participation and operational efficiency. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Occidental College and participated in the CIEE Nanjing Intensive Language and Culture Program.
