Michael McDonald

Mike brings years of experience in all aspects of corporate-level financial management in public and private high-tech companies, which have equipped him well in his role as Vcinity’s CFO.

Before joining Vcinity, Mike was the CFO/SVP Finance/Secretary of Integrated Silicon Solutions, Inc. (“ISSI”), a publicly owned fabless developer of high-performance memory semiconductors.

Prior, Mike served as CFO/SVP Finance/Secretary of REMEC, Inc., a publicly owned designer and manufacturer of RF/microwave frequency multi-function subsystems and components. He joined REMEC via the company’s acquisition of privately owned Magnum Microwave Corporation, where he served as Magnum’s CFO and SVP Finance.

Mike began his career at Watkins-Johnson Company as a financial analyst. He holds an MBA in finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of San Francisco.
