Nick Webb is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in implementation engineering, technical support, and network operations. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Engineer at vCom Solutions since March 2015, Nick has also held the roles of NOC Supervisor and Technical Support Specialist within the same company. Prior to vCom Solutions, Nick worked briefly as Helpdesk Support at Clifbar in February 2015 and spent nearly a decade at AT&T from September 2004 to May 2014, providing tier 2 DSL technical support for both residential and business customers. Nick holds an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Heald College-Concord, earned from 1998 to 2000.
