David Shipper

David Shipper is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving in this capacity at VCS Inc. since March 2013 and at DAVID SHIPPER MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR PC since September 2018. Prior to their counseling career, David worked in finance as an Accounts Payable Manager at Tilcon New York Inc. from July 1998 to June 2015 and held accounts payable roles at popsicle and adjmi during the mid-1990s. David Shipper holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, obtained between 2012 and 2015, as well as an MBA in Finance from Long Island University, earned from 2000 to 2002, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Mercy University from 1986 to 1989.
