Oliver Sam

Oliver Sam is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent strategy and management. Currently serving as Vice President of People Strategy and Transformation at VDart since January 2013, Oliver drives global transformation efforts, focusing on talent strategy in leadership, culture, and ESG. Additionally, Oliver has held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing cloud-based hiring practices and managing key client relationships. Prior experience includes leading event partnerships for TEDxAlpharettaWomen and significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities encompassed demand fulfillment, resource management strategy, and financial oversight. Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Madras Christian College.
