Jörg Schulze

Jörg Schulze is a Full Professor and Chair of Electron Devices at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they also serve as the legal representative within AENEAS and mentor young female scientists through the ARIADNETechNat program. With extensive experience in semiconductor physics and engineering, they have held various academic roles, including positions at the University of Stuttgart, where they were Faculty Dean of Study Affairs. Jörg has also contributed as a lecturer in summer academies and has been active in semiconductor production processes through VDE. Their academic journey includes multiple degrees in physics and electrical engineering, culminating in significant leadership roles within both research and education.
